Este aguardiente lo elaboramos envejeciendo el orujo blanco durante un mínimo de 7 años en barricas de roble francés Limousine.
El resultado es un orujo seco, aromático y goloso; con una tonalidad ámbar, limpio y brillante. Si nos adentramos un poco más en la profundidad del sabor de este orujo I.G. Orujo de Galicia, encontramos intensos aromas tostados a vainilla y recuerdos de roble francés que, junto con las pequeñas notas de piel de naranja, frutos secos y toffee, hacen del Orujo de Galicia Envejecido Fillaboa un aguardiente complejo, suave y untuoso.
Este espléndido Orujo de Galicia Envejecido Fillaboa ha obtenido numerosos reconocimientos, ganando la Medalla Gran Oro en la Guía de Vinos, Destilados y Bodegas de Galicia en los años 2019, 2021 y 2022. Además, este aguardiente ha obtenido por dos veces consecutivas el Galardón en Distincións Gallaecia, Augardentes e Licores Tradicionais de Galicia en 2021 y 2022.
