Transparente, limpio y brillante, así es el Orujo de Galicia Fillaboa, un orujo blanco imprescindible en las sobremesas para todos los amantes de los destilados.
Este orujo tradicional de Galicia lo elaboramos siempre en ediciones limitadas, a partir del propio bagazo de la variedad de uva albariño, que se fermenta durante un mínimo de 15 días para dar paso, posteriormente, a sus destilaciones. Al probar este orujo I.G. de Galicia vamos a encontrar ciertos aromas de manzana, recordando la variedad de uva albariño con matices cítricos, pomelo y notas de bagazo.
El Orujo de Galicia Fillaboa se ha hecho con el primer puesto en tres certámenes, ganando la Medalla de Oro en la Guía de vinos, destilados y bodegas de Galicia en 2021 y 2022. Además, también ha conseguido el Gran Oro en la Guía de vinos, destilados y bodegas de Galicia.
